I got a new camera...YEA!!
So I took it out last weekend and this weekend to play with it.

Thanks! It is a Canon Rebel XTi. It is VERY nice. :-) I just did a friends wedding with it tonight. Had a lot of fun. Was the first time I was the actual "photographer" for an event. :-)
Aw- that's awesome! Did you have fun photographing the wedding? I would be sooo nervous to do something like that! I just got the Nikon D40x which I believe is somewhat similar to the Canon Rebel XTi. Anyway, will you post any of the pictures from the wedding? Do you take them in manual or auto?
I looked at the Nikon D40x before getting the Rebel. They are comparable. My smaller digital camera is a Nikon and I love it.
Yes, I will be posting pics on the site. Working through them now.

I took them on auto. It was easier.
